Salesforce Lightning was introduced in the Winter ’16 release, but reporting continued to rely on the Classic report builder until the Summer ’18 release, when the new–and very slick–Lightning report builder became generally available. This 2 hour webinar covers key Lightning report builder topics from the Introduction to Salesforce Administration & Configuration–Lightning class (SPADM-203L). Attendees will be exposed to the Lightning report builder, learn how it compares to the Salesforce Classic report builder, and learn how to create, customize and view Summary and Joined Reports in Lightning.
