Professional Agile Leadership Essentials Training
In this Agile Leadership course, attendees gain a deep understanding of leaders' roles in creating the conditions for a successful agile environment. Attendees learn how to lead the cultural and behavioral shifts organizations must make to reap the benefits of an Agile product delivery approach.
