This PMI-ACP (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) exam prep course teaches learners agile best practices for project management and helps them prepare and pass the PMI-ACP exam. This course also aligns with the latest PMI ECO (Project Management Institute’s Exam Content Outline) and fulfills the 21-hour education requirement.

Requirements/exam eligibility
- Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate degree, or the global equivalent)
- 21 contact hours of agile practices training (covered in School of PE's PMP exam prep course)
- 12 months of general project experience within the last five years (A current PMP® or PgMP® satisfies this requirement)
- 8 months of agile project experience within the last three years
Target Audience
Individuals who work on agile teams and/or if your organization used agile methodologies. Anyone who has a PMP® and works in an agile methodology environment.

- Explain the Agile Manifesto and its guiding principles for software development.
- Create user stories to capture and prioritize product features from a user perspective.
- Develop a product backlog to manage and track the development of project features.
- Conduct a sprint planning meeting to define the scope and objectives of a sprint.
- Utilize a Kanban board to visualize and manage workflow in an Agile project.
- Apply relative sizing techniques, such as story points, to estimate effort for user stories.
- Monitor and control Agile projects using Earned Value Management (EVM) and burn-down charts.
