Introduction to Programming Training

55337AC is the equivalent of the retired MOC Course 10975AC - Introduction to Programming. New to coding? This intro to programming course covers the basics: data types, loops, and how to structure your code. You'll also get an intro to object-oriented programming – a key concept for building larger programs.

The focus of this general programming course is on core programming concepts such as computer storage, data types, decision structures, and repetition by using loops. The course also introduces object-oriented programming, covering classes such as encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism. Coverage is also included around exception handling, application security, performance, and memory management.
